How to setup your Outlook Email:
Send support email: Webmaster

Note:

To add a new email(s), send information to support email. (Include username and password desired)

Please note that attachments may not be viewable with your online email.

Outlook Express Configuration

Open Outlook Express.

Click on Tools and select Accounts.

Click on Add and select Mail, which opens up the Internet Connection Wizard.

In the Display name field, type your name.

Click Next.

In the E-mail address field, type your email address, ie. username@annexhealthcare.com.

Click Next.

Click the down arrow on the My incoming mail server is a drop-down list and choose POP3.

In the Incoming mail server field, enter mail.annexhealthcare.com.

In the Outgoing mail server field, enter mail.annexhealthcare.com.
Note: If you are having problems with the outgoing mail server, use the one specified by your ISP as they may not allow the use of third-party outgoing mail servers.

Click Next.

In the Account name field, type username@annexhealthcare.com

In the Password field, type your password.

Check the box next to Remember password if you would like to have your password saved.

Click Next.

Click Finish.

You have successfully configured your Outlook account.
